Membership
fee entitles above person a listing in the "people"
section of the website. Photographs, text and video clips
featured on this website are COPYRIGHTED and PROTECTED by
International Copyright laws. All rights reserved. No
duplication allowed. All materials, photographs, files,
etc. are not to be used for any commercial use or
displayed in public without written authorization from
the owners, agents, and representatives of this website
and the members directly involved. Membership
announcements are sent by email to the email address
given by Member at time of application. A no refund
policy is applicable once the Membership application is
sent. No nude photos will be accepted to be displayed in
the member areas of this website and will result in
termination of membership WITHOUT refund of membership
fees.
Membership
is valid for a period of up to THIRTY SIX months (or
specified time) commencing on the date payment of
membership fees are credited to VideoPhone.net. Member
must have an up to date version of Netscape or comparable
web browser to properly view high resolution graphics,
video clips and webpages. Member may contact other
members for personal reasons unless the other member
displays info stating he/she does not want to be
contacted or only wants to be contacted by certain types
of people which excludes the member. Members are not
allowed to contact other members for any commercial,
religious or any subject otherthan acceptable social
issues. Any member who disregards the wishes of another
member regarding contact will result in termination of
membership WITHOUT refund of membership fees.
VideoPhone.net,
it's agents and associates are not responsible for any
outcome of business transactions, money transactions,
email or results of viewing any content supplied to or
from the VideoPhone.net website. Member is required to
follow the terms of VideoPhone.net located in the contact
area and/or membership areas of the website. Member is
not permitted to contact other Members for any commercial
purposes. Membership is not transferable to any other
person(s). Member is not permitted to give access
directly or indirectly to any other person(s). Member is
held accountable and responsible to pay access fees
should Member give his/her access code to ANY other
person(s) either directly or indirectly. VideoPhone.net
reserves the right to charge member's credit card for all
persons who obtain that Member's access codes and access
addresses. A clearance period of up to 40 days may be
required in order to administer credit card payments. Any
member entering website in access of 10 times per day
will be charged a surcharge of $1.00 per entry.
We
reserve the right to refuse membership and access to any
person for justifiable reasons without refund.
VideoPhone.net may charge Member any additional costs
required to collect fees. An annual interest charge of
18% will be applied to all unpaid balances. Membership
terms may change and will be posted within the Member
Areas of the Website.
